This certificate confirms that Weldotherm WTD Wärmetechnischer Dienst GmbH has implemented a safety, health, and environmental protection management system that meets the requirements of the SCC-VAZ 2021 standard. It applies to heat treatment activities using program-controlled mobile annealing systems, as well as resistance, induction, and gas annealing processes, and confirms compliance with high safety and environmental standards in these processes.
Certificate ISO
This certificate confirms that Weldotherm WTD Wärmetechnischer Dienst GmbH implements and actively applies a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. It confirms that the company adheres to high quality standards in its heat treatment activities, including program-controlled mobile annealing systems as well as resistance, induction, and gas annealing processes, and has systematically established verifiable processes to ensure quality.
Exemption certificate
This document certifies that Weldotherm WTD Wärmetechnischer Dienst GmbH is exempt from the obligation to withhold taxes on construction services according to Section 48b Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 of the Income Tax Act (EStG). This means that service recipients who pay the company for construction services are not required to withhold taxes and remit them to the tax office as long as the payments are made within the specified validity period. It thus confirms the tax exemption for construction services and serves as proof to clients that they can make the payment without tax deduction.
