The mobile annealing furnace is assembled on-site at your location. The furnace's modular design allows for variable size adjustments to suit the dimensions of the component to be treated. Furthermore, the furnace's modular design ensures quick assembly and disassembly by our experienced personnel.

We perform annealing in the furnace using our high-velocity gas burners. In special cases, we also use electric heating elements.

The furnace is operated using high-velocity gas combustion, which reaches a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C. Both propane and natural gas can be used as the fuel. Should a stationary gas supply not be possible, we can also arrange for the furnace to operate independently.

Furnace annealing - just the way you need it

Whether in-house at our Essen plant or stationary at the customer's site – our modular, mobile annealing furnace enables flexible and precise heat treatment on-site.
At our Essen plant, large components weighing up to 7 tons can be fully annealed. The 10 m³ furnace chamber offers sufficient capacity to process multiple workpieces simultaneously. Annealing is carried out using powerful high-velocity gas burners, which ensure precise and consistent temperature control. Components can be delivered flexibly by low-loader, freight forwarder, or by our own employees. Structured processes ensure fast processing, including complete documentation. Furthermore, each order is individually planned and implemented according to our customers' requirements.
Temporary furnace construction at our customers' sites is individually tailored to their specific requirements and enables precise on-site heat treatment. Depending on the situation and component, annealing is carried out either with electric heating elements or powerful gas burners. Even very large workpieces can be reliably treated using modular furnace systems or additional scaffolding. Integration into ongoing processes is guaranteed, as is rapid processing with complete documentation. Each order is planned and implemented precisely according to our customers' wishes.
The modular and mobile annealing furnace is characterized by its high flexibility and can be individually assembled and erected directly on site. Thanks to its scalability, it can be precisely tailored to the dimensions and requirements of the respective component. The individual modules, measuring 2.3 m × 2.3 m, allow for variable configuration and thus optimal adaptation to different geometries. It is operated using powerful high-velocity gas burners, with both natural gas and propane being suitable as energy sources. All components are delivered in standardized sea freight containers for transport, ensuring straightforward logistics. If required, we can also provide the complete gas supply – including vaporizers, gas tanks, and other infrastructure – directly on site.
The mobile annealing furnace is assembled on-site. The furnace's modular design allows for variable size adjustments to suit the dimensions of the component to be treated. In addition, the modular design of the furnace ensures quick assembly and disassembly by our experienced staff. The furnace is powered by high-velocity gas combustion, which reaches a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C. Both propane and natural gas can be used as the fuel. If a stationary gas supply is not possible, we can also ensure stand-alone operation of the furnace using a dedicated vaporizer and gas tank.

Basic principle of furnace annealing

Furnace annealing is used for the targeted heat treatment of metallic materials to reduce internal stresses through defined temperature control and controlled cooling.
